When I first heard of this, I
wondered what the Russians had to say about
Planet X. I checked out the
link and still wondered. It must have been the
wrong story. Then I saw others
discussing it and realized it was the same
story. It was a story about
Russia's economic problems that may come to
a head in 2003 when debt payments
increase. It also talks about the
population problem in Russia,
something I had never heard of. Apparently
the birth rate is down, the
population is dying younger and immigration is
slowing. This is a huge concern
and is already impacting their economy.
Still don't see a connection
to Planet X? It basically comes down to the
date 2003 and one phrase "massive
population shrinkage".

Other "pointers" to 2003 are
frequently posted as a sign of the coming
pole shift. 2003 government
budgets, 2003 NASA plans.
Recent NASA plans to cut radar
mapping of near earth asteroids with
the Arecibo radio telescope
was proclaimed as a pointer. For some
reason the wild assumption was
made that Arecibo was being shutdown.
In reality this was simply a
plan to cut the budget of one program to map
the surface of close asteroids.
NASA no longer plans to cancel this
program.
I expect any time to see contracts
for professional football or basketball
players ending in 2003 to be
a sign of the coming pole shift.
